Yoga has been a part of my life for over 8 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.
I completed my 200 hour Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal and will always be a lifelong student of the practice.
I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing and strengthening body, mind and soul with yoga, so that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
